Gregory Park

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.  I grew up following my fathers commercial real estate business and playing squash.  I went on to travel the world playing professional squash and the interaction with different people and cultures have made me able to communicate with many different types of people.  Along with following my father in his business; seeing him handle so many different types of deals and personalities, has grown me into a genuine person who enjoys talking and working with anyone.  Working through tough situations is what I enjoy most.  There is always a way.  Once I relocated to Ocean City, I knew I wouldn't move anywhere else.  For over a decade I have loved all that Ocean City has to offer.  The most important factor being family.  From the schools, beaches, boardwalk and safety this is where I absolutely enjoy raising my 3 children with my beautiful wife.  My style of work is about educating my clients and getting the best deal possible whether buying, selling or leasing.  I like to establish connections that last long after the closing; not just about making it to the closing.  Whether residential or commercial, my hard work and personality will provide you expertise and professionalism with what you need done.  I look forward to working for you and getting to know you.
